S n\u00e1zorem, \u017ee strava, kter\u00e1 neobsahuje maso, je st\u00e1le stejn\u00e1, a \u017ee se vegetari\u00e1ni vlastn\u011b stravuj\u00ed neust\u00e1le t\u00edm sam\u00fdm, co\u017e je dle lajk\u016f jen a jen tofu, se setk\u00e1te opravdu velice \u010dasto. Pravdou ale je, \u017ee tato strava je opravdu velice pestr\u00e1, co\u017e dokazuj\u00ed i tis\u00edce a tis\u00edce nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch recept\u016f, kter\u00e9 najdete na internetu. V\u0161ichni vegetari\u00e1ni jsou automaticky huben\u00ed a mohou z nich b\u00fdt profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed modelov\u00e9 a modelky. I tento m\u00fdtus je zcela zcestn\u00fd, proto\u017ee to, \u017ee dan\u00e1 osoba vy\u0159ad\u00ed ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku ve\u0161ker\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, je\u017e obsahuj\u00ed maso v jak\u00e9koli podob\u011b, je\u0161t\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u017eije zdrav\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem. V takov\u00fdch koblih\u00e1ch, bramb\u016frk\u00e1ch, dortech nebo z\u00e1kusk\u00e1ch p\u0159ece \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 maso nen\u00ed, nebo ano? Vegetari\u00e1ni jsou zaryt\u00fdmi ochr\u00e1nci zv\u00ed\u0159at. Ano v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech tomu tak skute\u010dn\u011b je. Jedn\u00e1 se tedy o osoby, kter\u00e9 nekonzumuj\u00ed maso z d\u016fvodu, \u017ee se k jeho z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zab\u00edj\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159ata. Nejedn\u00e1 se ale o v\u0161echny vegetari\u00e1ny do jednoho. P\u0159ev\u00e1\u017enou \u010d\u00e1st tvo\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 osoby, kter\u00e9 jednodu\u0161e chu\u0165 masa neuspokojuje, nebo jej vy\u0159adili ze zdravotn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f.   Bez masa si zad\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1\u0161 na nedostatek b\u00edlkovin. I tento m\u00fdtus je zcestn\u00fd. Jedn\u00e1-li se o \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd nad slo\u017een\u00edm sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku alespo\u0148 trochu p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed, nemus\u00ed se tohoto probl\u00e9mu rozhodn\u011b ob\u00e1vat. Skv\u011bl\u00fdm zdrojem jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad lu\u0161t\u011bniny, o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky nebo obiloviny. Nedostatku energie a ztr\u00e1ty svalov\u00e9 hmoty se koneckonc\u016f tak\u00e9 nemus\u00ed ob\u00e1vat.
